Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek

Denmark

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek is a famous art museum in Copenhagen. It was founded in 1888 by Carl Jacobsen, the son of the founder of the brewer Carlsberg. It has a rich collection of ancient Greek, Roman and Egyptian sculptures, including some precious ancient artworks. It also has Denmark's most important French art collection, showing works by Impressionist and Post-Impressionist masters such as Degas, Monet, Cezanne and Van Gogh. The museum building itself is also a highlight, with a beautiful winter garden and greenhouse, which is perfect for tourists to relax and enjoy the artistic atmosphere.

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek is not only a paradise for art lovers, but also a great place to learn about the history of Danish and European art.
